Legal & Customer Care

Everything you need to know about shopping with Elite Sport LTD, from orders and shipping to returns, supplements, and your personal data.

Orders

When you place an order with Elite Sport LTD, you'll receive an automated confirmation email within a few minutes. This confirms we've received your request — it does not mean the item has shipped yet.
 

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund within 3–5 business days and a notification explaining why.

Order Amendments

Once an order is submitted, changes to item selection, size, or delivery address can only be made within 1 hour of purchase. Contact us immediately at

All prices displayed are in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Elite Sport LTD is based in BD12 8BU, United Kingdom.

Shipping

Standard UK Delivery

3-5 Days

Tracked and signed. Free on orders over £50.

Express UK Delivery

1-2 Days

Available on eligible orders placed before 1 PM on business days.

International Shipping

7-14 Days

Available to selected countries. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Dispatch typically happens within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way.

Supplements Shipping Note

All supplement orders (pre-workout, protein powder, etc.) are dispatched from a separate fulfilment facility and may arrive in a separate package. Delivery windows remain the same.

Elite Sport LTD is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control (weather events, strikes, etc.). If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you performing at your best with gear that truly works for you. If something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on most items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • In their original packaging with all tags attached

  • Not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at time of purchase

Initiate your return — Email us at our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Get your return label — We'll send a prepaid returns label for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the customer's responsibility.

Pack and send — Securely repack the item(s) and drop off at your nearest post office or collection point within 7 days of receiving the return label.

Refund or exchange processed — Once received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), your refund or exchange will be confirmed by email.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened or used supplements, protein powders, and pre-workout products; swimwear and water sports socks (if packaging seal is broken); any item marked Final Sale at checkout.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank. We do not refund original shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Payment

Elite Sport LTD processes all payments securely via Wix Payments and other verified checkout providers. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal where available at checkout.

Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. All transactions are processed in GBP (£). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee — this is outside our control.

Fraud Prevention

We use automated fraud screening on all orders. Orders that trigger a security flag may be delayed or cancelled pending manual review. If your order is held, we will contact you directly. We take the security of our customers seriously and will never share your payment details with third parties.

If you notice an unauthorised charge or billing error, contact us within 14 days. We will work with you and your payment provider to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
